Very polite and friendly hotel staff helped us in every situation.The rooms are small, clean and useful. The location of the hotel is very good, 150 m from the metro stop. Many places you would like to visit in the city center are within walking distance. We left the hotel very satisfied, thank you.

Compact room but great use of the space. I appreciated the mini fridge, slippers and night gown that were free to use with the room. There was also a microwave in the lobby along with free coffee. I communicated just fine with the staff in English, they were accommodating for storing luggage early before checkin. The lobby was nicely decorated. I love the giant stone/moss ball.

Must prepaid the whole stay, meaning you cannot move out even you are not happy with the hotel in the early stay. Difficult to communicate with front desk for in English for assistance. Better to Google.

朝食にいろいろな種類のおにぎりをその場で作ってくださった。とてもおいしかった。 ビジネスで宿泊しホテルでPC作業が必要で机がなくて困った。小さなサイドテーブルはあったが仕事をするにはテーブルが小さ過ぎた。その他は満足でした。

素敵なホテルでした

新しくて、とても綺麗なホテルでした。四条烏丸からも近いのでアクセスも良いです。 またホテル自体もモダンなデザインでおしゃれです。 最近よくある、高級ホテルの廉価版という感じで、いろいろなところがシンプルになっています。 泊まるだけならとても満足度は高いと思います。 なお、タバコの匂いがそこかしこからしていたので、換気や空気の流れを考慮した方が良いと思います。 あとちょっと壁が薄いのか、よくあるビジネスホテル並に外の声などがよく聞こえます。
