Very polite and friendly hotel staff helped us in every situation.The rooms are small, clean and useful. The location of the hotel is very good, 150 m from the metro stop. Compact room but great use of the space. I appreciated the mini fridge, slippers and night gown that were free to use with the room. There was also a microwave in the lobby along with free coffee. I communicated just fine with the staff in English, they were accommodating for storing luggage early before checkin. The lobby was nicely decorated. I love the giant stone/moss ball.

Must prepaid the whole stay, meaning you cannot move out even you are not happy with the hotel in the early stay. Difficult to communicate with front desk for in English for assistance. Better to Google.

受験で利用したのですが、学校までのアクセスを相談したところ、スタッフの方が大変親身に対応してくださいました。激励の言葉もいただき、とても気持ちの支えになりました。単なる事務的な対応ではなく、困っている私達の気持ちに寄り添ってくださる姿勢に感動しました。ありがとうございました。 朝食会場のスタッフの方も気持ちの込もった対応をしていただき、朝の力になりました。 １つ残念だったのは、お掃除が大雑把だったことです。例えば、結構減っていたトイレットペーパーの補充ができてなかったり、コップ類が新しい物になってなかったり‥もう少し仕上がりを確認していただけたら良いと思いした。

素敵なホテルでした

新しくて、とても綺麗なホテルでした。四条烏丸からも近いのでアクセスも良いです。 またホテル自体もモダンなデザインでおしゃれです。 最近よくある、高級ホテルの廉価版という感じで、いろいろなところがシンプルになっています。 泊まるだけならとても満足度は高いと思います。 なお、タバコの匂いがそこかしこからしていたので、換気や空気の流れを考慮した方が良いと思います。 あとちょっと壁が薄いのか、よくあるビジネスホテル並に外の声などがよく聞こえます。
