"Reception staff are astute and proactive. We arrived early for check in and having to ask, they informed us that they would process check in for us, arrange to have our luggage stored and asked if we could be back at 3pm to pick up our room keys. Rooms are a good size and clean, although the property is dated. Room cleaning is once every 2 days but room amenities, towels are refreshed daily - on non-room cleaning days, they will put these in a bag, which is hung on your door knob. Pillows are small and some may find the mattress hard. Breakfast is great! Loved the onigiri and fresh seafood bowl. Location of hotel is also hard to beat. Very near to the metro, main shopping street and multiple malls, and car rental shops. Overall, this hotel offers good value."

"No A/C in the rooms"

"The hotel is very affordable and it's located within walking distance to the underground. It's in the outskirts of Tenjin which is more quiet but still convenient enough. The room is tiny but it's expected in Japanese standard. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location. The underground train is right below the hotel. It leads to the underground walking mall. All the major shopping places are within walking distance. The room was very spacious and it's very well maintained. "

"Front desk staff was a little curt, but polite. Free drink was a nice surprise and room was clean and perfect for my short stay. The location was convenient, maybe a little interesting of a walk cause it was more residential. Great for the price, definitely my pick for a return trip."

"Like there are different room cleaning options. We did have trouble with the AC so the room was rather warm despite we set a lower temperature."

"Seriously wrong- the staff responsible for the baggage have some deep issues. We have 5 bags to ship very expensive and they never answer the phones, always busy, never email back… also when we checked out we called them 3 times to explain that the taxi is down and we are in a hurry, it took them 40 min to get the luggages down from the room."
