The check-in is fast and the staff are professional. Well communication in English. However, although it supposed to be a smoking room, the smell in one of the rooms was too strong. We requested a change but not successful. It was upset us.

Budget friendly, but not the best experience

The hotel facilities are quite dated, with a particularly unpleasant experience in the bathroom sink with the smell of sewage. The rooms were clean, all amenities were available, but I would only rate this hotel as a budget friendly option. The merits of the hotel were: cheap, super close to the station. The rooms are however dated. I could also hear the other guests talk or flushing the toilet from the room, but not bad enough to keep me awake. The rooms may be cold for those staying in the cold season.

Everything was great except for the bed. It was like sleeping on plywood. It was exceptionally terrible. Just sitting in it was uncomfortable.

立地がよくとても綺麗。ダブルルームでしたが、ベッドはやや広く快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクは充実しているし、温泉は朝早くから遅い時間まで入浴可能。これが一番嬉しい。女湯はパスワードがないと入れないので、セキュリティもしっかりして安心。入浴着（体に傷がある人が着用して入浴する）の案内もあり心遣いに感動しました。ロビーにはプリンターが設置されていて自由に使う事ができ、資料を印刷したかったので助かりました。利用者にとことん寄り添ったホテルで感動しました。遠征であちこちのホテルを利用する娘のイチオシホテル。私は初めて利用しましたが、納得です。お料理も美味しかったです。
