「Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. 「A pleasant stay. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but had a good variety. While the bathroom wasn't perfectly spotless, it was acceptable. Overall, a good value.」

「Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

「The hotel is dingy. Makeshift. Noisy at times. It’s as clean as it could be given its condition. However, the employees were very nice and did their best to be accommodating.」
