「酒店位置很好 ， 附近比較附韓國餐廳， 有些開到零晨， 晚上到還可以有找到吃的 去維多利亞市場/ 唐人街/ 市中心都基本可以走過去， 10-15 內 房間挺乾淨的， 隔音也滿好👍👍」

「We had a fabulous stay at The Langham in Southbank, the staff were so attentive, friendly and went out of their way to assist you. We would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be coming back to stay here. Fantastic 」

「飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。」

「君悅雖然不是新的酒店, 但保持了高質素的服務。位置旺中帶靜, 附近有CAFE, 步行去市中心或火車站都只是10分鐘內。 房間大小適中, 傢俱雖不算新, 但整潔。 我們一家都有一個愉快的假期。」

「Overall is good. Location is perfect and convenient. Room is spacious. The only thing you need to consider is the shower. Their shower’s temperature is not stable and sometimes even no hot water at all. If you do not have high standard for shower, this is definitely a perfect hotel.」

「During my stay, the room service responsive is slow and often been missed. Also, during the stay we’ve minor rashes and spreading slowly. When we checked out and way home to see doctors it’s confirmed lice bite it’s all over my daughters both feets and arm and also my thigh. It’s a huge disappointment towards a 5 star hotel in melbs disregard everything we still curing for the aftermath of the damage 」

「We have been to lot of Hotel Grand Chancellor in different countries with good experience but in Melbourne was a really bad experience. Hotel Grand Chancellor Mel, they only tidy up the bed sheet but not clean the room, not change the tower every day, and sometimes they didn't provide us the shampoo and body wash. Even the receptionists, they were not willing to help you until you urge them for many times and they always reject and refuse to help you until you insist somebody helps you before. 」

「住宿乾淨滿意，機場交通搭Skybus到市區下車點離住宿走路5分鐘而已，推薦給攜帶比較多行李的人，下次去會再入住。只是房間內的地是有撲地毯的，會介意的人要自己帶拖鞋，飯店沒有附室內拖鞋」

「訂家庭房給錯雙人房就算了！ 第二天清晨竟然還有清潔人員開門進來 跟櫃臺人員反應 竟然沒人處理 當下真想報警求助！」

「I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30 Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne」
