The position was fantastic. Breakfast was very good. However we pre payed our breakfast the message to that effect didn’t to the restaurant. So every morning the same ritual of explaining that we paid.
We stayed there for 5 nights. Room was not serviced once! We called for fresh towels and guess what? The phone was either not answered or engaged. So we raided the housemaid’s trolley.
The deceased owner Les Erdi (RIP) would turn in his grave to see what happened to his Hotel.

A very basic room. There were 4 of us, and we struggled having no mirror in the room other than one in the bathroom. You could feel the springs in the bed. Very busy and never more than one staff member on the desk so long lines. The highlight of this hotel was the location which was fabulous. It was clean, no complaints there but just not even slightly luxurious…
