"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."

"Clean and good size. Staff are friendly. Love the hot bath and free Ramen and dessert. Walking distance to Tokyo Dome. Metro entry right in front of the hotel with elevator access. "

"The hotel is centrally located a short walk from Ueno Station and Ameyoko. It looks new and room is extremely clean and well furnished (includes a kitchenette), and is generously sized to fit three adults. The public bath is a nice bonus and rare for hotels in this area. "

"It was an amazing find for our family of 5. The space was amazing and so comfortable and the service went beyond and above our expectations. It was also such a great price in a city that's generally pricey for a larger family like ours. We will definitely be back again."
