GW2泊しましたが、騒音もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 高知駅周辺まで徒歩20分で行けたので、バスやタクシーを利用せずコスパも良かったです。 掃除道具も一通り揃っており、連泊には助かりました。 2段ベッドの揺れが大きかったので、もう少し頑丈な脚組だといいなと感じました。 価格帯、オーナーの対応も良かったのでまた機会があれば利用します(^ ^)

気になる浴室

清潔さ、広さ、快適さは平均以上ですが、唯一の不満が浴室でした、狭くて汚れているような黒ずみで湯船に浸かる気が起こりませんでした。新しくシャワー室だけにすれば良いのにと思い普通にしました。あと、浴室の換気扇の音がうるさかった。

階段が狭く危ない。部屋の中はキレイだがお風呂が非常にせまい。少し早いチェックインも許してくれない。金額は安いから総合としては普通。

冬に宿泊したがエアコンの暖房の効きが弱く、凄く寒かった。 またエアコンが二段ベットの壁側にあり、睡眠時にはOFFにしなければならず余計に寒く感じた。 石油ファンヒーター(小さいタイプ)でも有れば良かったと思う。

家族6人に昨日に宿泊しました。初めて宿泊しました。まず、駐車場が近くてわかりやすくて良かったです。そして、高知観光に、程よく近くて、良かったです。子供2人は、二段ベットに大興奮でした。一通りそろっていて、清潔で、デジタルロックで安全で、良かったです。高知県には、なかなか来れませんが、次回も、泊まりたいと思います。

家族5人で宿泊しました、寝返りのたびにベットがギシギシするのが少し気になったのと、トイレのタンクのしまりが悪く水がなかなかとまらなかった。でもリーズナブルで清潔だしよかったです。

部屋は良かったのですが階段が急で 小さい子供がいると危険かなと思いました。 それと洗濯機で靴を洗って乾燥機でかわかしている方がいたのでせっかく綺麗にしてるのに残念です。
