"Rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were fantastic. The beds were so hard I could not sleep. Also, we did not research well enough about the onsen, it is not tattoo friendly. We originally picked it for the amazing onsen. Unfortunately my husband and I could not enter due to us having tattoos. ..."
