"This property is impeccable. You can tell that the owner personally takes responsibility for the quality of both the hotel and restaurant. Staff was all friendly and helpful, room was lovely and had all the necessities and the breakfast was healthy and delicious. I have no complaints, only good memories."

"The property is in a really good location, if you don't have a car it's very easy to get to Salzburg as you can take the bus and it's only about 20mins to the centre and about 30mins from the train station. The scenery around the hotel is lovely and it's very relaxing to sit outside and have some food/drinks. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. My only minor point is that they don't charge you the tourist tax when you check-in, but when you check out and as there was no recpetion staff around when I needed to leave and I couldn't wait any longer than I already had, so they contacted me after to request that I email them my credit card details so they could take the payment for the 4 Euros. I was a bit concerned about that, but it seems to have been ok."
