What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.

Very nice and spacious room. Travelling with a dog and the staff was very welcoming and friendly towards both of us. Good location. Good breakfast. If I would travel again to the area, I could stay again at the hotel.

We stayed for 5nights, during the New Year. I recommend the place for Breakfast and the Spa. Very close to Salzburg and Lofer, Ski Resort and many Shopping Center.

Hotel is in a lovely spot with excellent transport links. It is in Bavaria and two trains away from Salzburg. We managed this well however it might not suit some. Excellent breakfasts and fantastic walking, i would go again.

Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts.

Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

We have stayed there for 5 nights. Staff was very helpful. breakfast was Excellent. But there was no room service. Bedding was never changed during our stay even After requesting twice.

Very nice hotel

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. The charging station was out of order, with no information as to when this would be fixed. Please fix asap. Thanks, Mike Koehler

Pleasant stay with some confusing charges.

Some charges such as the pet charge are currently slightly out of date. On hotels.com it claims 10€ a night, in person 12.5€ a night and on the bill 15€ a night. While parking is clearly stated it does seem a little expensive. The room was quite nice with a very modern bathroom. The view from our window was lovely and having AC is always a plus. Updated TV's would make the rooms even better (bring a hdmi cable or Chromecast). The restaurant was brilliant both breakfast and dinner there was supprisingly delightful. The pool and sauna were lovely when quite and the salt room was incredibly pretty with the water dripping down the branches!

Einfach ein sehr schönes Hotel um Bad Reichenhall und auch alles drumherum zu entdecken. Insbesondere wenn man mit dem Zug anreisen will, liegt das Hotel nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Pool und das Frühstück waren auch top und das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Zudem sehr kinderfreundlich! Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel gut. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Es ist für jeden was dabei und es wird stetig aufgefüllt. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, sodass wir es erst eine viertel Stunde später beziehen konnten. Mit zwei kleinen ungeduldigen Kindern nicht so prickelnd. Den Kaffee, den ich mir dann bestellte, musste ich dann bezahlen. Hier wäre es doch schön gewesen als Entschädigung der Verspätung, den Kaffee zu bekommen. Das Babybett wird mit 5€/Nacht berechnet. Kenne ich so auch nicht von anderen Hotels, aber es war vorher ersichtlich, daher kann man ja selbst entscheiden, ob man es möchte. Eine Sache hat uns allerdings wirklich gestört. Das WLAN war in unserem Zimmer leider nie vorhanden. Für manche vielleicht nicht nötig im Urlaub. Wenn ich allerdings mit zwei kleinen Kindern Urlaub mache, welche um 19 Uhr ins Bett gehen, möchte ich danach gerne einen Film schauen o.Ä. Dies war leider nicht möglich. Auf Nachfrage hin, würde es sich der Hausmeister anschauen. Auch hier war das Personal wie immer freundlich, jedoch denke ich eher, dass dies eine Ausrede ist, da unser Zimmer einfach das letzte in der Ecke war und die Verbindung dort einfach nicht gut war. Sobald man nämlich an den Aufzügen war, ging das Internet problemlos. Unsere Putzfee war auch top! Unser Kind hatte sich nachts übergeben und sie gab uns eine Rolle Müllbeutel, falls es das Kind nicht ins Bad schafft. Die Lage zum Hbf ist sehr gut - 3 Minuten Fußweg.
