Beautiful room in a great location! 10 min walk to main train station and local bus stop was across from hotel making it very easy to get all over the city. Comfortable bed/ pillows, very clean and incredible service especially from both Rami and Dominik that gave wonderful suggestions for things to do around the city and helping me with a train ticket, going above and beyond. This is a nice hotel with easy access to all the xmas markets. The room was good although the bed was uncomfortable, the pillow menu non-existent and noise from the courtyard disturbing at 5am each morning. We were given a pass that gave us free access to all Salzburg public transport which was a nice touch (would be great if this could be sent in advance to get from airport).
