"The room was spacious but quite warm due to no air conditioning. Air conditioning was only in the main lobby for the front staff. You had to keep windows open and people around were smoking on the balconies and the smoke would go right into our room. The shower drain cap was also broken/loose. On a positive note the breakfast was Excellent!"

"The best hotel we stayed so far within our 2-week travel in Europe. Helena is a gem in your hotel. Her help in directing our travels in Salzburg is exceptional. The daily transportation pass provided to us is really a big help and we were able to visit all the places we want to see. It is an excellent service from you! Breakfast is awesome! "The hotel is absolutely magical. Breakfast is phenomenal and in such a beautiful location the hotel staff were helpful, friendly and kind. I got engaged at this hotel and the hotel staff answered all of my emails over months to help me coordinate truly 10 out of 10 experience. I would highly recommend anyone stay there!"

"The property is in a really good location, if you don't have a car it's very easy to get to Salzburg as you can take the bus and it's only about 20mins to the centre and about 30mins from the train station. The scenery around the hotel is lovely and it's very relaxing to sit outside and have some food/drinks. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. My only minor point is that they don't charge you the tourist tax when you check-in, but when you check out and as there was no recpetion staff around when I needed to leave and I couldn't wait any longer than I already had, so they contacted me after to request that I email them my credit card details so they could take the payment for the 4 Euros. I was a bit concerned about that, but it seems to have been ok."
