The hotel as well as the location were gorgeous. The room was very thoughtfully set up with coffee, tea, and water. The view of the mountains and fields was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

Very nicely decorated apart hotel. Lovely view from our room. Comfortable furnishings & lovely location if you want to stay in the countryside. Easy access with public transportation- 25 min from city center. 10 min walk from bus stop. Very dark at night. Restaurant onsite. Contactless check in and check out.

The location is on a main road with lots of traffic noise and the parking is a dirty gravel lot on the end of the building. They do have a few amenities, but while they provide wine glasses and even a warm beer, no bottle opener. The room is quite small, though quite clean and pleasant decor. be sure you carefully read the email ahead of time re; check in procedures - if you wait til you get there and have any connectivity issues you could be in trouble.

Very nice and cozy room with every thing - good value for money. Maybe I missed the information that the rooms were the same place as a restaurant, but that is a minor thing. No problem finding the room anyway.

Could be MUCH better

Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing us at least a partial refund for the inconveniences. The third star for the structure owe to her. It is unfortunate the poor management, because the potential for Numa Ivy is really high. They should find better partners and do not neglect what they have: God forbid the plastic flowers as well!

Property was .3 miles from closest bus stop. Beautiful view and large room but 22 minute bus ride into Salzburg. No reception staff at hotel. There was no tv remote in room. I emailed hotel Ivy. They said they’d deliver one next morning. They didn’t.

Our stay didn’t start as planned due to not being aware that the email that would be sent to ‘check-in’ would be a WhatsApp message. This ‘check-in’ email needs to be an email or clearly indicated as a WhatsApp so others do not encounter this same situation. We were not permitted access to the WiFi for me to submit the required check-in documents on site and had to drive to an open local WiFi spot. Once the check-in process was complete and we obtained the key codes, the room was good. There were three negative things besides the check-in process that would make me look elsewhere for accommodation next time. 1.) The staff at the restaurant below the rooms were rude to multiple Numa guests. 2.) The restaurant below has a large patio for guests. The noise level gets quite high and carries into the rooms even with the windows closed. There were earplugs provided for each guest in the room upon arrival. Restaurant doesn’t close until 11pm, so sleep is nearly impossible until then. 3.) The WiFi is so slow. Streaming was impossible because everything buffered and then timed out. Once again, good room and amenities around the location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! I just couldn’t get over the restaurant, their staff, and the WiFi/check-in issues.

The property has been designed elegantly and is very classy, but I think catering to all categories of customers was not considered. The apartment would be ideal for couples who are looking for a weekend getaway, but wouldn't be suitable for a family with kids. For the following reasons from my point of view 1. None of the rooms have a refrigerator, which is staple in any hotel rooms, to either keep the kids milk or food. Also if we chose to bring some beer or wine there is no where to keep it chill. Plus there isnt a common kitchen area that tenants could use. 2. The air conditioning in the room. From my experience there was only heating which is ideal if we are visiting in winter but we visited in June and Salzburg had temp of 28-30deg and there was no way we could cook the room apart from the slow breeze coming in from the windows. It was not comfortable. 3. No lift access to the floors, if for a weekend getaway yes a small bag is ideal but if travelling with family and carrying kids clothes the stairs are pretty narrow to comfortably carry the luggage to the rooms. 4. The room that we were assigned to was very small, which is ideal if you are only looking to crash the night but if you want a lazy day to be spend inside not the room. 5. No staff on site. Pros: 1. Ideal location. Easy access to Salzburg and Breschtgaeden. 2. Elegant design the apartments are very well designed and gives a premium feel. 3. Dedicated car parking space for tenants.

Super schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Trotz nicht vorhandener Rezeption war es vollkommen klar und einfach erklärt. Frühstück wird an die zimmertür gebracht, zur info wird ein zettel unter die tür geschoben. Fanden wir irgendwie richtig lieb und nostalgisch. Was ich empfehlen würde wäre besteck im zimmer. Das wirklich gute frühstück lässt mit solch holz besteck etwas schwierig essen. Das Restaurant im haus gehört nicht zum hotel, ist aber sehr freundlich und gut und man kann sich dort essen und trinken bestellen um es mit aufs zimmer zu nehmen. Wir würden wieder kommen! Sehr charmantes hotel!
