「The staff is really nice to help solving all the problems raised by us. The facility seems to be the highest in Salzburg. I love the breakfast place on the 15th floor and the lounge bar at the 14th. Really nice view and cozy having a meal there.」

「Great location. Our room was so small we had no place to open up luggage as we were living out of our suitcases. Also, no place to set our toiletries in bathroom.」

「Excellent location and very nice room; the staff is warm and helpful.」

「No tea cup and kettle but can request to have immediate response. Appreciate」

「They are outstanding」
