"The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Check in went very smoothly- they held our bags as we toured the day we arrived. The room was beautiful and the AC felt so good! We loved the breakfast. Hotel was perfectly located near the city center and walkable to everything. 10/10!"

"Excellent hotel. We stayed in a junior suite as we were 3 adults. Communication for pre-check-in was very professionally managed allowing for a fast check-in. Our room was ready for us. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, extremely well maintained and immaculately presented. Bed & double sofa bed had mattress toppers giving exceptional comfort. Really appreciated the mini fridge in the room where we could chill water ready for our days sightseeing. Bathroom facilities were well arranged for larger group. Toilet was separate to shower & basins. Fabulous breakfast selection and staff replenished in a timely manner. All staff were extremely helpful and had a friendly approach to guests. Hotel was very well located with great restaurants in the immediate area and within walking distance of most major tourist spots. Just a short walk to the bus stop to reach the further afield attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
