「Quiet & clean room with a balcony, and the bus station is exactly in front of the hotel」

「This hotel located a bit further to city centre but rather quiet area. There's tram number 1 easily going to the city centre. There's a self service hotel but everything has been told before our arrival. It's quiet. Room is big enough for 2 people. A nice lounge area and working space with a coffee machine. You can store your drink in their fridge at the lounge area. A little bit cleaning can be done in the room but overall it was a nice stay! :)」

「Our stay was really wonderful. The hotel has free parking area and there are two grocery shops and one pharmacy nearby. There are two big shopping malls around there and one of them is outlets. Our room type is two beds room, it was very clean and tidy, the bathroom uses the space very well and shower area is big enough, we like the water pressure and the temperature was always good. The reception was really friendly and helpful, they showed us the travel info in Salzburg and other information....

「Nice to stay at this hotel. Good location with many restaurants, supermarket and DM. Go to tourist area by bus only 15-20 mins by bus or by walking for 30 mins. We are pleased to get the upgrade to the biggest room on second floor. We like their art design every where at he hotel. Very nice staff clearly to introduce the sightseeing area to us. We will come to stay at this hotel again」

「预定时分明是包含早餐的，但是入住时被告知吃早餐要付9欧一位的费用（这个价格在萨尔茨堡的消费算很贵的了），而他家在Hotels上的房间全都是包含早餐的预定，前台的工作人员（其实就是一家的三个主人就是工作人员）却用半生不熟的英文反复说早餐肯定要付费，和他们交涉根本行不通，在国外也无法拨打HotelS的客服电话，第一天来火没吃，第二天要赶路没办法给坑了18欧，请Hotels的工作人员调查确定此事！！！ 除此酒店客房很小，楼梯很陡没有电梯提行李非常恼火，卫生间淋浴渗水，卫生状况也很一般，更奇葩的是早上8点房门就被突然打打开有个女人进来说要打扫卫生非常非常非常的没礼貌！！！ 如果你是个中文用户看到此条评价还是不要预定这家酒店了，真的是又贵又不好！！」
