「This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. 「The property and rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” I have was that is no light over the desk, nor a lamp. I had to work remotely during my stay, so that was a bit of an issue. There was no microwave in the room either, which I am use too. Additionally, there were no “guest” ice machines to be used. 「This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.」

「The property was close to where I wanted to go. one of two elevators did not work. the desk staff was only one person at check in time. The lady in front of me needed 5 rooms, one at a time. They then used all of the luggage carts (there were only 4. I was told breakfast went till 10L30, they close it at 913 on week days.
