Very respectful staff, comfortable and clean environment. I really loved the view from the pool side ☺️ very convenient dining, Beach, cane river falls, authentic jerk chicken and pork 😋 I would definitely stay there again. Oh yea the airport is approximately 15mins away can't beat that !

I really like the proximity to Bob Marley beach. It is the hidden gem of St.Andrew’s. The rooms were clean and beds were suffice. Could upgrade towels and they need to put water in the pool as there wasn’t any for the week I was there. Also they lock the gate way to early.

Nice guest house who has the unfortunate problem of MAJOR road construction going on so no signs and quite challenging to get to. Our host, Richard was wonderful. This place is a bit out of the way, so only 1 place to eat nearby.

The host, Richard was quick to answer the phone and address any concerns. He works hard to ensure we are comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, 20 minutes ti the airport. One of the best experiences ever.

The manager was attentive to messages and feedback. He was very pleasant to talk to and very reasonable throughout my stay when I made any requests. Be aware that there is a rooftop bar so there may be some nights where there is loud music playing, so if you aren't partying just bring some ear plugs :)

property in good location to most amnities if you drive no allocated parking for vehicle so park at your own risk, getting to the property now is very bad as theres a motorway being built making it very difficult not to damage your car when getting to and from the property, caretaker very helpful and friendly, but theres nothing to watch on tv especially the local news or anything local,unless you have your own streaming account like netflix.very unreliable internet and surroundings can be very noisy on the weekend.

DO NOT GO HERE! Area is terrible and is NOT tourist friendly (area is dangerous). Booked this online as a all inclusive and when arrived the owner said they no longer provide all inclusive. Not to mention there is no pool and you are in the middle of nowhere. TV didn’t work and the actual Guesthouse was disappointing, bugs were all over the floor and you can smell the sewers from outside everyday. Very unhygienic and staff did not have towels and toilet ready for arrival so I had to ask for it. Highly don’t recommend staying here. Had to move locations and pay out large amount for a hotel as the guesthouse was not in a safe area. I hope this helps someone. Please note I stayed at this accommodation in March 2023 and things may have improved.

I would never go back or recommend this place. Definitely false advertising. There was no wifi/internet for the duration of my stay, when I questioned it I was told I have to understand it's a Thrid World Country, so I had to pay an extra $50.00 to my cell phone carrier for Global Plus in order to be able to make calls During this week no one at front desk ever, never offered clean towels or sheets, no room service of any kind. No microwave. coffe pot , not even a garbage pail in the room. No smoke alarm or fire extinguisher, no sprinklers. At night the front gate to get in and out of the resort ( that's a joke) is chained closed so you are completely locked in the building, It is not all inclusive like advertised, no restaurant on premises, no bar on premises, parking is in the yard across. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything and every conversation. Horrible experience .

The property is located in a slum, risky area of St. Andrew. We drove down a dirt unpaved road passing garbage with animals running around eating from the garbage. We had difficulty locating the property as there was no name or signage on the building. A female in regular clothing and barefeet, came outside saying she was supposed to show us our room. Another male across the street directed us to park in his yard. We found inside dark & unkept as we walked up narrow stairs with uneven steps to our floor. As the only guests, we were shown 4 really small rooms with old decrepit furniture & the beds placed in the corner of the room against the walls with no bedhead. Mouldy, unclean washroom with cob-webs & one light bulb from the ceiling. The shower was disgusting to look at or to use. A small sink & water from the faucet is misty making it difficult for hygiene care. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed. It was loud and leaked water that dripped on the side of the bed my wife slept causing her to be ill. The pool is filthy with paint flaking in the water. Looking out the window you see rusted zinc-covered roof with garbage thrown about. At 6 a.m. the next morning there was loud music playing throughout the building. The images on the website are not a true representation of the current state of the property & the area. Fearful for our health & safety resulting in us checking out early the next morning. Property neglected & UNSAFE. Stay away for your safety.

I had the most amazing stay at Scarlett Guesthouse. The hotel owner and staff are one of the most warm, caring and welcoming people you will meet. The place is clean, peaceful, home like (Caribbean style, meaning hearing good surrounding vibes, music, and friendly, helpful neighbors). The beautiful rooftop view of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other is heavenly, I spent hours relaxing there. I felt safe, protected and welcomed. It was an honor to stay at Scarlett guesthouse. I truly thank the owner for a wonderful and beautiful stay. ❤️🙏
