「Hotel was lovely, had everything we liked. Lovely outside area, pool and we even enjoyed the pool table. The food was fantastic 5 star and really made our stay. Would definitely go back again. Only one thing that could possibly make stay even better is a little fan in the rooms when it’s super hot, especially on ground floor. 」

「This is a quirky and quaint guest house with comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. It is an old building so some floors are uneven and the stairs are steep. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The guest house is famous in the area for its cream teas and although we didn’t have time to stay for one, they looked delicious. We had a very comfortable night and would happily stay again. 」

「We are an elderly couple & had a four hour journey through difficult weather. A staff member happened to be outside when we arrived & unasked, helped with parking, unloaded our luggage & took it to our room. On registering we were invited to rest in the lounge, served tea & assisted with telephoning. The room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast excellent. All the staff were well turned out, friendly & helpful. On departure our luggage was carried from our room & placed in our car. 」
