「Trash in parking lot. Pool was cold. Front desk was very friendly!」

「Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.」

「A great experience, The wonderful service. The staff are warm and friendly. Room clean and sanitary. The equipment is basically enough. There is also a fitness center for use. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.」

「The hotel was older but some things had been remodeled in the past several years, and it was very clean. We were only staying one night and didn’t get there until about 7pm, about an hour later we heard a train that sounded like it was about to come through the room. I was hoping it was the last train of the night or something because no where that I saw the hotel said anything about a train being 10 feet away from the hotel. Unfortunately the train came by 4 or 5 more times by the time we got...

「The room was so pretty, clean, and comfortable, and very quiet overnight even with our room facing the highway. Great pillows and comfortable bed. Loved the shower too. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and hot food was hot. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool was great. Clean pool area and spacious. The water temperature was very good, not freezing cold like so many are. There wasn’t a hot tub which I thought was unusual, but since pool water temperature was so good I didn’t miss...
