The bed sheets were stained and worn. The inside of the microwave had food particles from the last guest. The man at the front desk was unwelcoming. He didn’t offer any information about breakfast, or any signs that I was a person paying to stay at the hotel. If you can afford better, go somewhere better.

Shower didn’t work for first two days. The manager after the second day said he didn’t know what I was talking about and made me prove the drain wasn’t working.Was there 16 days and my room and bathroom were never cleaned. Complained multiple times to the manager and he just said it wasn’t their policy to service the rooms daily. Only be person I dealt with over the 15 days spoke enough English to have a discussion with

Our room was filthy! There was a bottle under one bed and a plastic cup under the other plus other yuk!! Sheets were bad! No welcoming when I checked in and no comments from the gentleman when I checked out! Very rude!!!!! I have stayed in many many places and this was the worst hotel ever!

When we arrived to check in around 5:30p Saturday, Mr. Patel (name should have been a red flag) desk person said I had a reservation for one person for the night. There were 4 of us going to be staying in one room that had 2 double beds. Since when do you pay for the occupants that are going to be staying in room? He charged us an additional $45 to have 3 persons stay (4 total in the room) on top of the already $165.72. He said if the 3 persons would not be staying overnight that they could be at the hotel for 30 minutes and after that he was going to charge my card $150.00. If we hadn't been running late already we would have left. Sooo... our stay... the room has a terrible odor. The shower/tub has missing pieces out of it. We dared to try the so called continental breakfast (joke) you couldn't gag down the orange juice and the syrup for the waffles was sour! Picture on the website look ok is why we booked. They do not speak very good English. I would not recommend this place. And if you do decide to book it and had a person over to visit while you are in town, watch so your cc doesn't get charged. Never again!

I thought this hotel would be a good place for my family to stay based off of a quick glance of the reviews, and also because it is associated with Wyndham. Instead, we found it was dirty, unkept, and the staff was not helpful nor considerate. We ended up leaving the night we got in. Upon closer inspection of the reviews on google, you can tell some of them are AI generated. Our hotel room had a wet floor outside of the bathroom- damp to the touch. The room had a musky smell, and my husband who is allergic to mold started coughing. There were two crickets under the desk (very unexpected) and dead roly poly bugs in the corners of the room. I noticed a couple stains on the comforter, and after examining the sheets found several more stains, rips, and hair. We asked to switch rooms, explaining the situation. The front desk person simply said, "no," with no explanation or concern about the problems in our room. I don't trust the reviews on here. Perhaps if you just want a cheap place to stay for the night this is an option, but if you're going to spend $100, might as well stay somewhere else.

This hotel did not even clean my room prior to my arrival, we arrived to dirty sheets and towels in the bathroom, and someone elses used soap in the shower. We arrived at 1am due to our flight schedule so we had to stay the night, they charged us full price for the night, we checked out first thing the next morning. DO NOT STAY HERE.
