The staff was very welcoming, lobby was open giving us freedom to explore the city on our own time. The room was stocked but spot were a little messy, dried food on the end table and the toilet looks to have been missed. Other than that the property is clean and will look to stay again if in the area.

the room had not been vacuumed (some ones dirty socks still on the floor). the stool was dirty & the shower walls were also dirty. the towels were clean but stained and we had to ask for more clean bath towels. stay somewhere else I will never be back.

Beds were made but the sheets and the pillow cases were dirty and had some hair in it. Two small bars of soap was the only soap available, and a mini tube of shampoo/conditioner gel. Minimal food available for breakfast but was okay. There was a ladder in the hallway the whole time and garbages were not taken out in the breakfast area during our stay. Staff slept on premise in front office but were always available and very pleasant.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and will likely be my last. It is definitely an economy hotel as the amenities in the room are on the basic side. It is a newer hotel, but the bedding and towels which are all white, are not very white anymore. This time when I showed up there was water sprinkled around on the toilet seat and it appeared some debris in the bottom of the toilet. When I tried to flush it, it was clear someone must have tried to plunge it, and it still would not go down properly. After a couple attempts to see if it would flush properly, I asked for another room. I had the air-conditioning on when I left however, when I came back a couple hours later, it was off and the heat was turned on. Unknown if someone actually came in and did that or if it was a problem with the heating cooling system. Then when I tried to turn it back on, it took a long time before the air-conditioning finally kicked back in.
