The experience at this hotel was unbelievable. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. We had a beach pool villa and I can't even express how beautiful it was. When we arrived the tub in the restroom was prepared with flower petals floating in the water. The views from this hotel were gorgeous! and it was so nice to have the beach just for the hotels is the area. Not crowded at all. We took a couple of trips to see other islands nearby and it was great! The food was also really...

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

I recommend the hotel. Good standard for Krabi, quiet zone, near to beach, restaurants and night markets. Daily cleaning and nice personal very colaborarive

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here in late May. Our room was upgraded immediately upon arrival for free, so they basically had us won over from the get-go! The resort amenities are fantastic. They have a really cool pool with an in-pool bar, delicious breakfast right on the beach, different activities going on at the resort all day (although we weren't able to attend any), and much more. The room was clean and very large, and the bed was SUPER comfortable, which can be harder to find in...

My wife and me stayed there for 4 nights and we didn't want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet place and our biggest problem was deciding whether to go to the beach or to one of the 2 swimming pools.

nice rooms, great staff

Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The beachfront property sometimes sits right on the water as twice a day (10am-3pm) and evening/night high tide brings water to the steps of the hotel which is a stunning sight, allowing for even closer swimming and kayaking around island that forms in front. Most impressive is how attentive the staff are, keeping tabs on when we leave, what trips we did (we booked our own but they can help), when we leave. If arriving...

Great staff and pool! Great for solo and family

It's nice and clean

Everything was incredible. Front desk staff was not the most helpful.

Even though I travelled a lot around the world, but this is the first time I am taking some time to write a review about this hotel. I visited krabi June this year, at that time some how its less crowded at the hotel. Its a huge place with nice big rooms, very clean. You may not get beach/ocean view in any of the hotel rooms, but it is easily accessible. Pool is very nice. Beach is very clean with white sands. There are no hotels around this one, so you don't find this beach crowded at all....

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Panorama room and we weren't disappointed! The view is amazing and I could spend hours in the small balcony pool. They have an infinity pool for certain levels of the hotel and several bar location options. on certain nights of the week, the hotel offers a BBQ buffet and a breakfast buffet is open every morning. It is also a short walk from the nightlife and beach. Would highly recommend.

The L Resort was a great place to stay at a great value. We were there during low season (April 2018) so it wasn't very busy, but never lacked for service when we needed it. The front entrance, right on the Beach Road, is low key, but once you go inside, had a very clean modern feel. We had a pool access room, so our room opened out directly to the pool. Since there weren't many people staying there this time of year, it was quiet, but easy to get service whenever needed (had a slight...

We stayed here for 6 nights for the tail end of our honeymoon and just relaxed and did whatever we felt like each day. We didn't want to go out to the very touristy areas like Ao Nang and just wanted to relax at the resort's pool, hang out in our beautiful room or eat at one of the restaurants on the resort. If you don't want to go out anywhere, this resort is perfect because it has everything. We would have gone for a massage but we got sunburnt so that took it off the cards!! Everything within...

The room was amazing. The view was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond for us.

The staff is amazing! Clean rooms, cozy and quiet! Make sure to bring bug spray!

Hotel is on East Railay, but it is only a short walk to West Railay and Phanang Beach. It is waterfront on East Railay. The facilities are wonderful--infinity pool, dining, rooms. The rooms are divided into the economy rooms (a short walk) and the more superior rooms (very close to dining and pool). We were upgraded without hesitation when we had an issue with our room (staff immediately addressed the issue and upgraded us without having to be asked). There is a difference between the...

Private long tail boat access with free breakfast. Close to West Beach Railey. Don’t miss the 4 island cruise with snorkeling and Thai lunch with Get Your Guide. Tonsai Bay Resort has beautiful scenery too.
