"Internet didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and we could hear construction during the day like it was right next to us. I would do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here. There are many other nicer hotels in the area. When we approached management we were told they had been having “issues” with the WiFi and there was nothing they could do and that the air was controlled to stay at 74 degrees. Not pleasant"

"Great place, clean and centrally located. Comfy beds and paid parking on premises. The only downside is depending on where your room is located, a long walk is possible. "

"This is a superb place to stay if you are going anywhere in downtown Cleveland. Parking is across the street and there is an underground tunnel that connects. We had a corner room and had tremendous views of the lake and the city with windows on both sides. It felt like a penthouse. Worth it!"

"Property is a little run down. The room was not, however. People were friendly, but neither key worked initially. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced for downtown. If some money were spent to maintain this lobby area and drive up area better, this would be a nice place. The room was in good shape."

"Great location to the Rocket Arena, breakfast was phenomenal. Dinner at betts was also good. Valet parking expensive and South Park not convenient. Every staff encountered was very helpful."
