"Very quaint. First time staying at a bed and breakfast and loved the cute dining area and good breakfast options. Very quiet area. "

"Staff was amazing and so welcoming and friendly. Big suggestion sign posting as to where main check in is for all buildings... room was a big tired as far as sink as and in need of replacement. We have stayed in Newport many times over 30years - recently having rented the entire Chart House for long weekends over past 5years each fall, so know we know what to expect from Newport Inns...just needs some attention."
