「Absolute best place I’ve ever stayed.. NO TV 😊 ❤️❤️ tons of wildlife to watch off the back porch. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere!! Bed was amazingly comfy! Owner even called to check on us and if we needed help getting the hot tub on! We will be back!! 」

「This is such an amazing little getaway! We loved our time in Villa #2. It it was very large and nice and so comfortable. The balcony/patio was wonderful. This is going to sound ridiculous but the linens were amazing and smelled so fresh and the bed was divine! The only thing this room needs is some comfy chairs inside. If you are truly wanting a small town/non commercialized Texas getaway, this is it. Blanco is a charming little town with great food and the most beautiful River!」

「Loved staying at the Blue Bird Cottage! Very cute and comfy, full kitchen, couch makes into a bed and a fun covered deck with hot tub. Clean and well organized! 」

「The home had everything we needed and more. So thankful that it had clean bedding, and full kitchen! Sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch over looking the river was so peaceful and relaxing early in the morning! We had such a nice stay! 」

「Nice clean older house with charm. Great quiet peaceful location near Blanco River and State Park. The tree house and watching deer were nice perks. Fire pit would have been nice if the county didn’t have the burn ban on. Owner’s would have been available if needed. The location was within an hour drive to many activities. Enchanted Rock, Natural Bridge Cavern, Lukenbach, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Antiquing and Wineries to name a few. 」

「The house is amazing. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「Stayed as a personal retreat. It was quiet, very clean. I was late driving in and they reached out via text message to make sure I had the code I needed at my fingertips. I even watched a hummingbird for a while in the small private courtyard area. It was a nice retreat and only minutes from downtown. 」

「This house is perfect if you have a family attending BMTS. The house is filled with the coolest military art work. Hot tube, arcade games, ping pong, shuffle board...we took our son back to the house after graduation for a home cooked meal and all he wanted to do was stay in the hot tub. I stay in VRBO's all over the counrty on business travels and this place was perfect for our whole family.」
