The only problem is the front door lock is not working as it should, and since there's no reception, if you make three incorrect entries, you have to wait outside for 5 minutes before you can try again. 「Stayed here for a night, wished to stay more nights! It's luxury and cozy, the food and drink seemed to be great, haven't have a chance to try though. It was a high class hotel at accessible location, the price was friendly, will definitely recommend to anyone visiting York.」

「I love the design of the Indigo hotels and this one is no different. Staff very friendly. Location good with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby. (The Spanish restaurant across the road is really friendly as we popped in for a glass of fizz. ) would definitely recommend it 」
