The room was nice and big although in need of decorating with ripped off wallpaper and holes in the bathroom, plus the TV didn't work, which I presume the guy behind the bar knew as he didn't seem interested when we told him. Executive Rooms 367 & 369: spotlessly clean and comfortable - good bed and choice of pillows but room a bit faded and dated - needs a bigger TV as distance from bed is too far for comfortable viewing. Lift out of action - not helpful - Best Western need to sort this pronto Spa & Pool: closed for refurb - needs sorting. Breakfast and Bar meals....good."
