「每次來東京都係我首選嘅推介家庭住宿number one所有吃喝玩樂都在範圍以內，今次是我第十次入住，對於一個家庭有五個人，實在很難找到酒店那麼寬敞那麼舒服小朋友住得很開心最欣賞酒店酒店職員長期保持笑容，非常樂於幫助，英文十分好溝通，非常寧靜鄰近jr樓上附近所有嘅一應俱全。羽田機場搭夜機只需要15分鐘就可以即刻到，出去每個地方都係極之方便 , 凌晨到的話這個區我覺得是最多最多食肆選擇，不是普通超市有很多街頭音樂地下街高級商場基本上一天都行不完，這個酒店十分推薦房間空間獨立廁所分明，非常整潔每次嚟都很滿意，非常整潔」

「老老實實，價錢係足夠平既，整體質素無問題，沒有照騙。缺點係地氈有點老舊，我以為吸塵不夠仔細，但其實又唔係，感覺上不夠潔淨，係感覺上。同埋房唔夠光，呢樣野住落唔係好舒服」

「As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo.
