"I loved my stay in Osaka at the Monterey property. It was clean and all of the amenities were in the room. The beds were softer but still firm. The pillow was good. "Extremly convenient for staying close to Universal. It was roughly a 6 min walk to the gates, or to City Walk - endless food options. There are literally 3 Lawson locations in City Walk, and another un the neighbouring hotel, and yet another about 500m away. Two 7 Elevens nearby as well. There is a small fridge in the room. We used the laundry room on the 2nd floor - a bit expensive and the dryer wasn't the greatest, even after doing double the time. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommend."
