軽井沢は11月中旬なのに雪が降っていましたが、室内はとても暖かく過ごせました。 到着したのは暗くなってからで朝見ると外の庭が森の中にいるようで素敵でした。テントサウナもあるようなので、次回は暖かくなったらのんびり過ごしに行きたいです。

アットホームな感じで常にフロントに人がいるわけではありませんが自由で過ごしやすい民宿のようなホテルでした。森の中に佇んでいるような雰囲気もステキでした。室内も広々と設備は簡素ですが清潔感もあり居心地も良かったです。お世話になりました。

軽井沢の旅を台無しにされた宿です。

何を取っても最低です。 部屋は古く寒い、掛け布団は今時、湿った綿布団で重くて眠れませんでした。フロントスタッフは電話で呼び出し、朝食は強制的に８時、でも、冷たい、内容はビジネスホテルのバイキング以下、入り口も判りにくい。 雰囲気で、オーナーのやる気の無さが、プンプンしている。 都内のビジネスホテル以下のサービスで、２万円以上の金額を取る神経が理解できない。 絶対に避けた方がいいホテルです。

リフレッシュ出来るホテル

名前の通り、樹々に囲まれて、部屋も屋根裏部屋を感じさせ、リフレッシュ出来ました。 部屋の灯りも落ち着いていて、2人で会話するには丁度良い。 今回は素泊まりで利用させて頂きましたが、 ちょっと歩きますが、美味しい居酒屋さんもあり、満足です。 フロントで対応してくださった女性も、とても親切で丁寧です。 残念だったのは、HPにはお風呂があったのですが、今はやっていないとの事。 唯一、それだけが残念だが、概ね、利用させて頂き、満足でした。

素泊まりでしたが、チェックインの際は丁寧に対応していただきました。お部屋はベッド2台とテーブル1台、椅子2脚、冷蔵庫・テレビ・ポット・ユニットバスが付いており、テレビのサイズが小さいことを除けば快適に滞在できました。
