no wifi on the first night the gentlemen took my request and followed up luckily the wifi was fixed ans ok on the 2nd and 3rd night a big thank you to that gentlemen the room was a bit old and the bath room could sometimes smelly the location is very good, and walk down to the JR station, or walk up to old Karuizawa Ginza Street

Large rooms and very comfortable beds. A bit far from the station but manageable if you don't have extra large luggage. Super delicious Korean restaurant nearby with a very friendly Korean owner. It's a must if you like Korean food ,!!

It’s a tranquil area, right next to the New art museum and glass-made chapel. The kettle in the room is a warm touch, kept us warm with hot drinks walking in from the freezing temperature.

The room was large for a Japan property, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well located on the street with lots of restaurants and shops. The only thing was that parking was a bit further and the furniture/hotel was definitely a bit dated, for example, the air conditioner. However, they were all in functioning condition. I would recommend this place at the price point that we paid for.

It lives up to its name with peaceful, park surroundings. Beautiful reception and high quality food served for breakfast. Felt like being in a grand restaurant. Everything was unique, farm fresh milk and cream. Banquet to savour anyone’s tastes. The amenities in the room were high quality along with robes and slippers. Some unique features of the shower but just a new custom.

軽井沢駅から充分歩ける距離にあり、スタッフの皆さまもとても親切です。部屋は清潔で、加湿器もあります。次の日は朝から、旧軽井沢銀座通りまで歩きました。こちらは少々距離がありましたが（25分くらい）空気もキレイで、早朝から開店しているカフェに寄り道しながら、散歩感覚で歩けました。また、利用させていただきたいです。

軽井沢駅と旧軽井沢銀座入口までの中間地点にあり、とても便利でした。 設備は古いですが、清潔でした。 部屋の近くのウォーターサーバーの水が切れていましたが、ホテルスタッフの方に伝えると補充していただけました。 評判通り、朝食バイキングがどれもとてもおいしかったです。 ホテルでレンタルサイクルを借りることができるのも便利でした。 お値段もリーズナブルなので、軽井沢に泊まる際には又宿泊したいと思います。

ホテルの方が会うたびに私達大人にも子どもにも気さくに声掛けて下さいました。 帰りに建物の前で写真撮ろうとしていたら撮りますよ、と気付いて下さり、そのあと車に乗る前に並木道のところで子どもの写真を撮っていたらまた別の方が気付いて下さり、家族の写真を撮って下さいました。 家族揃っての写真はなかなか撮れないのでとっても嬉しかったです。 またパティシエのケーキがあるとネットで見たのでとても楽しみにしていて、着いた日にすぐ道路沿いのカフェでここのケーキ、キッシュ、マカロンをそれぞれ食べましたが、どれも絶品でした。 キッシュは中のチーズとベーコンがすごく美味しくて、パイ生地も本当に美味しくて感激しました。 2日目の夜もホテルの部屋でホテル入り口で販売しているピスタチオのムースケーキを頂きましたが、側面の砂糖でサクッとした表面のスポンジのところもとっても美味しかったです。 またかわいいお皿に用意して下さり、その気遣いも嬉しかったです。 朝食は向かいの建物でバイキング形式でしたが、新鮮なサラダにふんわりオムレツ、口コミで美味しいと評判のフレンチトースト、炊き込みご飯など、口にする全てのものが本当に美味しかったです。朝から魚のカルパッチョまであって刻んだ野菜のドレッシング？と、サラダの手作り風のドレッシングがめちゃくちゃおいしくてついつい食べ過ぎました。 ホテルの建物は古くてもきちんと管理されていて特に気になりませんでしたが、（階段の木の手すりや、ウェルカムドリンクが用意してある場所、ステンドグラス風のまどが素敵でした。）お風呂の浴槽に髪の毛3本くらいあったり、子どもがトイレの後いつも便座の裏におしっこがついて汚すので拭こうとあげたら歴代の？汚れがありヒー(*_*)！となりましたので星四つにさせてもらいましたが、他は埃など気にならずきれいでした。 とっても美味しい朝食が2000円でとてもコスパもいいし、立地も駅からぷらぷら歩ける距離で、周りにもカフェ、レストラン、旧軽通りにも歩いて行けるし森の中の散歩もできるので軽井沢に来る時はぜひまたこちらに泊まりたいです(^^)

大人2名女性で2泊しました。お盆中の軽井沢はは車・バス・タクシーが時間通りに動かないほど道路が混みます。そんな時に駅、旧軽井沢、雲場池など徒歩圏内のこちらのホテルは、散歩がてらあちこち行けてお得な気分になりました。また、他の方の口コミ通り、ホテルスタッフがフレンドリー、朝食のフレンチトーストは絶品、緑に囲まれた静かな環境の素敵なホテルでした。ひとつだけ残念だったのが、浴槽が洗いが甘いのか入った時にぬめりを感じました。たまたまかもしれませんね。 翌日は、近くに日帰り入浴できる温泉を見つけてそちらでのんびり入浴しました。

落ち着きと安心感を与える昔ながらの素敵な建物と客室だと思います。そして、朝食のクオリティが高く、レストランの窓も外の緑を上手に取込み、絵画のように美しくて、避暑地の雰囲気を楽しむことができました。 残念なのは、人手不足の影響か、部屋の空調設備、ベッドのスプリングが古くてメンテナンスが行き届いていません。 ぜひ、今後も昔ながら温かさと趣味の良さを維持しつつ、設備も改善して、またプロの接客も取り戻しずっと営業を続けて欲しいです。

朝食のビュッフェがとても美味しく、結婚式場になる教会が併設されているため、ホテル全体の雰囲気がとても良かったです。ロケーションも非常に良く、中心部まで徒歩圏内で、とても静かな場所でした。スタッフもプロフェッショナルの集団で安心感があり、テスラで訪れたのですが、充電施設があるため、帰宅の際に安心して出発することができました。これだけの条件を揃えていながら、それなりにリーズナブルな価格であるのも魅力です。
