「The room was clean and laminate flooring. Perfect for my dog. Staff was engaged and timely with check in」

「Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We slept well. I rated staff 3 as we only had interactions with 1 staff person who couldn't answer questions because "I don't live here". He didn't offer any help at all about places to have dinner. We only saw this staff person at check in and didn't see any other staff at any time. Check out was accomplished by placing key cards in a box. We did not have breakfast.」

「Owner is super nice, the hotel is always clean and the breakfast is actually very generous. I've stayed multiple times and will continue to do so when I'm driving through.」

「We had to wait several (10+) minutes both at check-in and check-out for someone to come to the front desk. They were nice once they got there, but it clearly wasn't staffed properly. Cleaning or kitchen people noticed us standing and went to find or call someone to come to the front desk. So kudos to the non-front desk people. The "bold" coffee at breakfast was extremely weak. The printout of local restaurants given to us at the front desk was nearly unreadable. The room itself was nice.」
