"My family got sick and wasn’t able to attend this trip. Given an opportunity twice the hotel declined to refund us. We stayed at multiple scandic hotels during our 2 weeks in Norway-with staff on strike it makes people feel weird staying there-breakfast varies from very minimal at some locations and robust at others. I prefer consistency, kindness, and not making people feel awkward for crossing picket lines. We could have come and spread sickness but stayed away to be considerate, would have appreciated consideration in return."

"Staff of this hotel are super helpful. They changed my room to one with a nice view on one request and additionally provided a packed breakfast as I was leaving at 6 in the morning. Breakfast served in the hotel is very nice. The room was very small and the bathroom super small. For two nights it was not a problem ."
