"Check in is done via machine and staff unfortunately couldnโt answer our queries. We had two rooms in our booking and were put in very different locations with no chance to be put together, we also had to check in separately which was a lengthy process. The spa is a Japanese style onsen (no bathing suits). It is a large onsen, with multiple pools and a steam room. Again, there is a lengthy process to enter with lockers for shoes, payment keys and lockers for clothes to navigate. It is a lovely facility once inside."

"We spent 4 nights in a wonderful Ocean twin room on a Yokohama floor of the hotel. We had an incredible view of Cosmoworld and the bay from both the balcony and the (huge) bathroom. Drinks topped up in the fridge every day was a nice touch. The lady that saw us to our room was so lovely and welcoming, I wish I remembered her name. Highly recommend anyone spending time in Yokohama to give this place a try."
