"The staff was very friendly always with a smile on their face. The views from the room were gorgeous. I felt the hotel was a little bit dated but still clean and a great location!"

"The hotel room was the largest we had in Japan. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great ..right next to the Cup Noodle Museum and Cosmo World. Great views of the harbour and nice to walk along the harbour front. We enjoyed the afternoon tea set in the restaurant."

Rose Hotel Yokohama

8/10 Good
"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."
