"Clean room. Convenient location, not super close to the subway, but close enough if you don’t mind a small walk. Safe area and the room was super comfy. No staff in the front desk, but the robots did a good job helping me check in. Toiletries being available to grab in the lobby were a huge and lovely plus. I would definitely stay again."

"Room was nice and I enjoyed all the features. The bathroom was excellent and I appreciated the bath and seperate shower. Our favorite feature was the balcony facing the ferris wheel and it made some enjoyable evenings while it was raining sitting on the balcony."
Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo

"This was my second stay at the JAL City hotel Haneda airport. They have a shuttle that connects the hotel with terminal 1 of HND airport so you don't have to deal with a taxi or public transport. The hotel is reasonably priced for what you get and it is close to convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards. The only weak point is their breakfast - there aren't really a lot of Western options. Still, I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again during my next layover."

"I highly recommend this place. The staff are very kind and gracious. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful experience by itself, especially for guests who would like to learn more about a Japanese breakfast. The amenities are deeply appreciated."

"The parking valet, location, and view was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Both nights of my stay, my room key did not work. It took a while to resolve and I had blisters the second night from walking so much, making it extra annoying. They forgot I was staying a second night and forgot to warn me that the streets would be closed when I arrived."
