"The room we had was very clean and well equipped. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Our room also had a view of mount Fuji, which was an added bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto the ajoining enclosed terrace area."

"The hotel is convenient to the train. About a 5 minute walk. Clean and attractive. My only complaints are minor. The bed takes almost all the room from wall to wall, making transiting difficult. And in our room the shower head was broken. We reported this and they acted as if it would be fixed immediately. "

"Incredibly convenient location. The hotel is attached to a mall and train station. Cosmo world is across the street and a multi-story onsen is a 4-min walk away. The rooms are very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I 10/10 recommend this hotel. The price point was also fantastic for what you get. "
