「Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war äußerst sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage, in weniger als 3 Minuten erreicht man die Hagia Sophia, ideal für Sightseeing. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Stadt definitiv wiederkommen.」

「总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙」

「Stayed in December Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace. Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul.」

「I feel staff are somewhat friendly, especially the cleaner and restaurant staff. But in general I'm afraid to stay in this hotel. terrified. We rent for the meeting room but hotel staff always don't give very precise information. They sometimes give me the impression that they are asking for extra payment in a extortion way. We are actually afraid of our safety during the time stayed. And hotel actually charged us addtional cleaing fee for appratently we did not make any damage to the carpet....
