「Everything is good but the showers 」

「We don't normally stay long at a hotel, just a night it two between where we are going. The hotel looked so good and the price was so reasonable we decided Galveston would be our destination instead of a stop over. We were not let down, the hotel was great, the staff was friendly, the rooms were large and had real ceilings along with a microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were nice and firm. No complaints at all.」

「Our room was clean, the bed was really nice, soft, they gave us extra pillows and they were great. We were disappointed to only have one towel in the bathroom, no washclothes,no shower mat. Next time we'll check and ask for some. They didn't have ice. That would have been nice to have too」

「Room had an odor to it. Bed was uncomfortable. Very cheap mattress.」

「Nice cozy hotel. Kind of old but room is clean bed is clean. Breakfast has more choice. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. 」

「The hotel is well located to experience all of Galveston sights. The included breakfast was good. Reception staff not very attentive. The room was clean and large.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「Room was clean, staff was great, cookies and popcorn in the lobby was an unexpected treat! Proximity to the beach was having to cross the main road, but all the hotels along the seawall are positioned like that. There is a restaurant directly in front of the hotel so technically you can park your car and walk wherever you need.」

「The environment is good! The accommodation conditions are similar to those of the same type of hotels in other cities, and the price is 2.5 times that of other cities!」
