Excellent service and helpful staff

I come to Zambia several times a year for business. I bring several co-workers with me. While there we work 12 hour days. After a busy, stressful day, Latitude is the peaceful, relaxing and beautiful environment I need. Service and the food are good.

I've stayed in hotels around the world and this is one of the best in terms of value for money. The staff are polite, competent, warm and friendly. The property is clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, you can get to pretty much anywhere in Lusaka quickly and conveniently. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly to other travelers.

Good place to stay very clean

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The garden was really lovey and the pool was a good treat . Mosquito nets didn't fit well, probably not used much. Wifi and tv(dstv) didn't work. The reception was good and food was very tasty

It’s a excellent cost-benefit place. Comfortable room, with nice bed and shower, amazing breakfast and extremely kind and well trained staff. The area where this hotel is located isn’t good and also the gym is terrible.

I enjoyed very much the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, clean and the staff are very friendly.it was very nice experience

Amazing and convenient place to stay… clean and felt like home

My wife and I were very happy to find such a lovely place in Lusaka. Very conveniently located with spacious safe parking and amenities that I haven't found in other hotels. Lovely hotel staff made it a great trip, and we even extended our stay at the hotel. Will definitely be back and have already helped friends book their stay at the Lusaka Grand Hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Will stay again.

A few minutes to my check out, I noticed something: my Beats headphones were missing. I thought I had just seen them; thought I had used them while I was at the hotel. And then, they were missing. The Manager came to help me look for them, nothing. They were gone. And that, unfortunately, ruined a really good stay at the Intercontinental. The staff were just lovely; the food - nshima and beef - were delicious; sumptuous even. I enjoyed the nights; the bed was comfortable and the room was cozy....
