「We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date...

「Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all).
