The property beautiful and very clean, location is also good. The wifi is 5/10. Staff members 9/10. Overall, its an amazing place but a local sim if you will be working.

Two weeks stay in July

We've stayed before so knew what to expect. Overall, it's still great though a few small improvements would greatly enhance the client experience : 1 - UPS backup on at least the Internet service. There's frequent load shedding and while main power is restored by Generator within 60 seconds Internet can take up to 30 mins. Having UPS on this at least would mostly negate this. It's a first world problem I appreciate, but it's a premium property so not a unreasonable ask. 2- Do not disturb option. Daily cleaning is great but sometimes it's nice to be undisturbed until later. 3 - Basic in room cleaning facilities... cloths and a mop for example. Cooking spills can happen and it's better to clean up immediately. 4 - Wi-Fi is great but perhaps extend device count from 2. As a couple this caused us multiple issues. We like this place close enough to town to be convenient but peaceful.
