At check in was told room only booked for 1 person, eventually that was sorted then asked for payment, I had to show proof I had paid Expedia, took a long time to sort. In room there was no hot water, took nearly an hour to get sorted.

Great property and fantastic social engagement!

The stuff was amazing. And kiddos to the property for offering internships to the 18-24 years old and providing hospitality management training! Loved it!

We had a great time here during our 11 day stay. A heartwarming staff, excellent service, great room and a lovely restaurant on the premises. The area in front of the hotel where the swimming pool resides is a great to relax and enjoy some drinks and food. I really recommend the traditional baked pizzas!

The hotel room was clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast is amazing and food in the restaurant as well. The only issue was Taxi drivers had a difficult time finding the property because it is a one way and you have to loop around to get there. Overall, we highly recommend.

My wife & I were extremely impressed by the Best Western Lusaka staff. The friendly, professional and courteous was throughout the entire organization, from the Bellman to the Front Desk to the Restaurant staff ( including the Chef, the waitress, the Bartender), the Spa staff and the General Manager. It was truly a pleasure and I look forward to returning one day.

Ate in the restaurant - took an hour to place the order for our group and another hour for the food to arrive. When it arrived it was not complete but even worse the bulk of the food was cold. Upon splitting the lobster from the surf and turf, it was rotten inside and smelly. Staff were unconcerned and I have had to raise it with central customer service My recommendation is to stay at the hotel but not eat at the restaurant
