"Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location."

"It’s not what I expected. For the price I paid, I expected better. But in my room, the AC unit panel door was broken, the unit itself was duct taped to the wall. The faucet in the bathtub doesn’t switch over fully when turning on the shower. The closet door wouldn’t close fully. It just wasn’t what I had hoped. On top of all that I had to pay $30 for parking which no one mentioned. "

"The property was not bad other than we had no hot water and the room did not smell good. A late checkout was offered but I was checking out while I was letting them know there was no hot water. Overall this was not a good experience stay."
