However, I’d like to highlight a discrepancy regarding the breakfast policy. When booking through Hotels.com, it stated that breakfast was included for 4 guests (including children). But when we confirmed directly with the hotel, we were told that breakfast is only included...

However, I’d like to highlight a discrepancy regarding the breakfast policy. When booking through Hotels.com, it stated that breakfast was included for 4 guests (including children). But when we confirmed directly with the hotel, we were told that breakfast is only included for 3 guests, and children are charged separately.
To avoid any confusion, Hotels.com should clearly explain this policy during the booking process."
