"We arrived to the hotel and found that it did look anything like the lovely clean and bright pictures we had seen listed. It was dark, and there were several stains dotted around the apartment from walls to sofa to carpet. This had already put us off, and then we opened the bathroom door to be greeted by the smell of raw sewage coming up from the drains. Due to arriving after an International flight, we made do and stayed for 1 out of the 2 nights booked. The next morning the smell had become 10x worse and was filling the apartment. I no longer felt comfortable staying here when I had paid over £160 for 2 nights, I expected far better, and booked myself into another hotel up to road to enjoy the last night of our stay in Fukuoka there. Along side this, we were greeted with very lacking kichen supplies, one kitchen knife, 4 spoons, a plate, 2 glasses and a pot come pan. No oil, no utensils to cook with. Other than the location and easy check-in / out I would unfortunately not recommend this property"

"The hotel was easy to find and was only a short walk from Hakata Station."

"Hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station. The rooms are spacious by Japen standard and clean. Also having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room is a plus."

"The room was clean and check in was easy. I appreciated just being able to check in on my own without a front desk. There wasn’t any sheets for the bed, but other than that it was a good stay. "

"Room was clean and staffs were very helpful and prolite. The included breakfast was plentiful. The downside was no airport shuttle from airport to hotel. Only hotel to airport was available "

"Truly felt like a home away from home! Self contained apartment with you all need, including essential toiletries and towels for the amount of nights you're staying. The room was clean and in a great location, and the hostess was the kindest soul I had ever met. Will definitely come back when I return to the Fukuoka area. ありがとうございます! "
