well-located hotel walking distance from hakata station. room was a little small but spotless, breakfast was mediocre and probably not worth the money. however the onsen was excellent — there's an outdoor and indoor section, and both were well-maintained and beautiful. would recommend for an onsen stay.
Great location near the Hakata station. The staff was so helpful and courteous. The breakfast was generous with so many options. We would definitely stay here again

The room is a bit dated , but location is convenient and next to Hakata train and bus station . The room is small as typical in a Japanese hotel . The best part to me is the onsen on site to use at the end of the day.

Hotel was clean and within walking distance to many different amenities.
The hotel has a very good location, right next to a major train and bus station. The staff were helpful, the room was very good, and the restaurant had good options for breakfast.
We had to move rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff member did not help with luggage. Laundry facilities clean and there were many machines. Room small but hotel is lovely. Great location. Hot bath was great but crowded.

Room was ok but needs an upgrade to cleaner floors and walls. Breakfast was very subpar. Staff were nice and the onset area was great including a sauna. Would stay here again for the convenience of the location- 5 minute walk to the Hakata Train/ Bus Station.
The location of the hotel is great only within 2-3 mins walk from Hakata Station. However not much local shops or restaurants near the hotel but they have an attached convenient store and cafe which is easy to access quick drink or bite.
Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV -
meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!
Conveniently located next to Hakata Station with plenty of dining options. Room is well furnished but a little small. The hotel has a public bath which is a great bonus.
Very good location that nexts to Hakata bus and train station, surrounded by restaurants and department store. Pretty reception area best for relax and reading, despite that the room is a bit small and carpet is old.
Location was perfect five minute walk from the Hakata station room was OK since it is located right next to a cut station. You will hear the train time to time. Breakfast was above average, however they serve sashimi. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel.
Nice hotel very close to Hakata station. The room was a good size by business hotel standards, with space around the bed for luggage, and the bed (semi-double) can sleep two comfortably. The onsen-style bath on the ground floor is a nice feature of the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.
Very convenient!!! It is just next to the Bus Terminal. The room size is small but enough for a single person, with more than enough facilities within the hotel. Since it is just next to the Hakata Station, shopping and dining has no doubt.
Great location. Next to a train and bus station. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance from tourist attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended.
Rooms are not large enough to accommodate oversized luggage. Coin operated laundry is very convenient and area is clean. Attractive lobby and staff are extremely helpful. Wish there was an onsite restaurant
