"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

"It is what it seems. You should not expect 5 star amenities in a budget hotel. Everything was fine for one night. And I can recommend this place just to sleep very close by the trains station. Staff is a little overwhelmed, but nice and clearly understaffed especially in housekeeping. In my opinion daily cleaning service should not be offered it just creates problems and overworks the housekeepers.
