「This was not like the Holiday Inn Express we are used to staying in. It was run down, and I didn’t feel as though it was as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was okay, but not what we are accustomed to. 」

「Stayed 4 nights and never cleaned the room they said they would after three nights. They came in and gave new towels, not toilet paper. Breakfast was very good with variety of cold and hot food items that changed daily. (Some were staples like waffles and cereal, but breakfast tacos were added one day and one day had eggs, biscuit and gravy etc.)」

「The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.」

「Stayed here two nights. Easy access to the beach. They make made to order omelettes for breakfast among other options. The staff was very helpful and even supply bags of ice which was very convenient for our road trip.」
